I focus on the education of university and hospital clinicians, researchers and students, and on extending the library's virtual services to patrons. Specific projects include assessment of the needs of user groups, development and evaluation of new workshops, creation of a unified library education program, web site usability studies, and the evaluation of new online information access and use tools for use by library patrons.
